1. Description of Service

Metravise is a research and educational platform for US-listed stocks. It provides a rules-based quality scoring system, stock research tools, and the Metravise Portfolio, Metravise's own portfolio shown transparently.

Metravise is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and does not provide investment advice.

2. Account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. To use the service, you must create an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for the security of your account and password, and for activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Metravise offers a Pro plan on a monthly or annual subscription basis. You can switch between monthly and annual billing under Settings → Billing & Payment; a switch from monthly to annual takes effect immediately (the unused part of the month is credited), and a switch from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the annual period.
• New users are offered a 14-day free trial; no card details are required for the trial. A free trial can be started once per browser.
• Pricing varies by your region and is shown at checkout.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the relevant period.
• Payment and billing are handled by Stripe, through Link, as the merchant of record. Prices are shown excluding tax; any applicable tax (for example VAT) is calculated by Stripe, shown at checkout before you pay, and included on your invoice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the subscription does not automatically renew at the end of that period.
• If you delete your account, your subscription ends immediately; your first payment is refunded automatically if it was made within the last 14 days (see the Refund Policy).

In summary: you may get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, on the monthly or the annual plan; renewals are not refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not: copy, redistribute, or sell the Platform's content without permission; compromise system security; scrape data by automated means; or infringe the rights of other users.

6. Protection of Subscription Content

Subscription content is for your personal use only. In particular, you may not republish, share, or distribute the positions of the Metravise Portfolio, the stocks added to or removed from it, or any other changes to it, whether as screenshots, text, tables, or in any other form, in any medium, including social media, messaging groups, forums, websites, and newsletters.

Links and images created with the Platform's built-in sharing feature are excluded from this restriction.

Metravise uses invisible, user-specific marks in subscription content. These marks allow us to identify the account from which content was shared.

If you breach this section, we may suspend or cancel your subscription and account without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, scoring system, analyses, and all content are owned by or licensed to Monolitics OÜ. You are granted a limited right of access for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Nature of the Content

All scores, observations, analyses, and portfolio information on the Platform are for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Metravise is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, investment losses, or data losses arising from your use of the Platform. The accuracy or completeness of data is not guaranteed.

10. Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the Platform. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia; the mandatory protective provisions of your country of residence as a consumer are reserved.
